Hello, I'm Janel, the proud owner and creator of Dazéy Candles LLC. As a mother of two young boys, a full-time employee, and an entrepreneur, I wear many hats in my daily life. My journey into the world of candle making was a culmination of my experience in customer service and my desire to provide exceptional service and products to my community.

The idea for Dazéy Candles came to life during the height of the global pandemic when many stores were closed, and I couldn't find my favorite candles. I've always had a deep appreciation for candles, but I was disheartened to find that many popular brands included numerous chemicals and unnecessary additives. It was clear to me that there was a need to be fulfilled.

Motivated by this need, I decided to take matters into my own hands and started crafting and pouring my own all-natural, soy candles for my family and friends. With dedication, endless practice, and a lot of love, I refined my skills and created a luxurious product that I'm thrilled to share with my community. What began as a humble hobby in my kitchen has grown with the grace of a higher power.

Our candles are still lovingly hand-poured in small batches, and I'm delighted to welcome you to the Dazey Candles Tribe. My cultural background has been a significant influence on my business, and I'm passionate about contributing to the thriving landscape of Black-owned businesses in today's world. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to be an African American woman entrepreneur, and I look forward to sharing the warmth, comfort, and luxury of Dazéy Candles with you and our community.
